Chalet security
All of our chalets are well secured with either electronic key codes or with locks.
For those chalets with locks, you will be provided with one key per person. We ask that you look after these keys carefully to protect the security of other chalet guests and that you close all doors & windows securely when you leave the chalet.
Chalet team accomodation
Most of our chalet teams live in separate team accomodation. In chalets where our team live in, they have separate living areas to ensure you enjoy the benefits of having your own private accomodation.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our chalets though you can smoke on your balcony or sun deck.

Please note that chalet floor plans are provided as a guideline only and are not to scale.
Are hairdryers provided?
Yes, we provide hairdryers in each bedroom.
Do our chalets have wifi?
One or two of our newer chalets now have wifi access. Please contact your holiday account manager for further information. For those chalets which do not have wifi, each of our resorts has an internet café and also cafes or bars which offer wifi access.
Can I bring an infant?
Absolutely – we will supply a baby seat for the transfer journey (booster seats are provided for 3-5 year olds).
When you arrive in resort, your room will be prepared with a cot and if your chalet is on more than one floor, stair gates will be in place.
Your kitchen is fitted with a microwave, a hand blender and food processor and highchairs are standard.
Most of our chalets are also fitted with washing machines and dryers that are available for you to use.
When do I pay the final balance?
The balance of your holiday cost is payable 10 weeks before departure. We will send you a reminder slightly ahead of this time.
When do I get my tickets?
Most of the airlines we work with offer electronic ticketing ("E"-tickets) which means you willl not be issued with a paper ticket. The one exception is for infants and in these cases, we will swift post the tickets for you.
All final documentation including your travel itinerary will be sent approximately two weeks ahead of departure.
