The unique atmosphere of chalet dining is one of the main reasons we continue to focus solely on this type of accommodation. At Highlife, we passionately believe that good food is an essential ingredient to an exceptional ski holiday.

We have invested a great deal of time and effort over the past seven seasons to fine-tune our dining experience. Judging by the feedback we have received from happy (and well fed) guests, it appears we are working along the right lines!

The introduction of professionally trained chefs in each chalet sets Highlife apart from virtually every other chalet company in the Alps.

We do not believe in setting a menu for the whole season, preferring to trust the expertise of our chefs who select the finest in-season produce to devise new and exciting menus each week.

Your day begins with a range of hearty breakfast options. On your return from the slopes, you will enjoy freshly prepared cakes and treats with afternoon tea. A three-course dinner is served in the evening, to be followed by a digestif and cheese board in front of a roaring log fire.

Our chefs cater for all types of dietary requirements so all you need to do is let us know before you arrive so they have time to prepare a suitable menu.
