Good wines
One of the highlights of a Highlife holiday is the opportunity to relax at the end of the day with a well-earned glass of wine over a delicious meal.
We serve aperitifs every evening, followed by a selection of good wines throughout dinner and digestifs with your cheese board at the end of the meal.
Our wine list is made up of regional French varieties and consists of six reds and six whites, each with its own character and blend.
Every evening, your chef will select two wines to best compliment the menu. Of course, if you discover a particular favourite during the week, we will also be delighted to pour your preferred choice.
