A highlight of your holiday
The unique atmosphere of chalet dining is why we continue to focus solely on this type of accommodation.
On your return to your chalet, make the most of the facilities on offer to wind down and freshen up before your host serves aperitifs in the lounge.
Evening meals are served at appoximately 7:30 but meal times can be earlier for children or altered to suit your preference if you are with a party who has reserved the chalet on a sole occupancy basis.
Each evening meal consists of three courses, followed by a cheese board. Each course is freshly prepared by your chef who will have designed the menu based on the best, locally-sourced ingredients.
While your chef will prepare a set menu, we will already know of any particular dietary requirements that you have. Menus are made available in your dining room each morning so you can of course also let your chef know if there is a particular dish that you would rather not have.
After your meal, share ski stories around the table with a digestif and cheese board or simply steal a quiet moment in front of the roaring fire.
“The food was excellent - beautifully cooked and served.”
